LOOK BACK AT YOUR OCCASION
Read your drink reports, timeline and event recap
Caipi Counter reports turn recorded entries into a view of your occasion. Use Stats for the breakdown, Timeline for alcoholic drinks over time and the event recap for a keepsake. Each view answers a different question about what your group logged.
Your shared event diary.Start with the breakdown
Open Reports and choose Stats to explore the event by participant and day. Drink categories help you distinguish a favorite cocktail from a morning coffee or an alcohol-free afternoon. Recognized non-alcoholic choices appear in their own breakdown.
The main Drinks screen counts alcoholic entries. Statistics and recap totals can include all beverages, with alcohol-free entries shown separately. A difference between two totals may reflect what the view includes rather than a missing drink. Read the labels before comparing them.
Choose cumulative or daily
Timeline plots alcoholic drink entries over time, with a distinct color and avatar for each participant. Cumulative mode shows a running count for the selected period. Daily mode starts again at midnight in the event’s time zone, helping you compare separate days.
Filter participants, alcoholic categories and dates. Zoom into a smaller window, pan through the history or inspect a point for its time and count. Zooming changes the visible window; it does not discard earlier entries from the selected counting period.
The day and night bands use a fixed convention: day is 06:00–18:00 and night is 18:00–06:00 in the event’s time zone. They are a visual reference, not calculated sunrise and sunset times. Every step represents a logged entry, not a standardized alcohol unit.
Give check-ins their proper context
The mood journey shows the moods participants chose, when they checked in and the entry counts captured then. Repeating the same mood is another check-in; choosing a different one is a mood change.
Those snapshots record what was visible on the device at the time. Their counts include beverages and do not estimate alcohol exposure. Correcting a drink time or undoing a drink later does not rewrite historical mood snapshots. Treat moods as personal notes about the occasion.
Keep the event’s final chapter
A dated event closes after its end date in its own time zone. Open its recap from the event card to revisit the totals, favorite drinks, mood highlights and animated timeline. Hosts can extend or reopen an event when the plans change.
Before sharing, synchronize each participant’s pending entries and review the history. Recap sharing is optional and host-controlled. Anyone with the enabled link can see names, avatars, the place and dates, drink history and mood highlights.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few common questions
Why does the main counter differ from a report total?
The main counter counts alcoholic entries. Some reports include all beverages, including water, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks. Check the view’s labels and filters.
Does the daily timeline reset at my phone’s midnight?
It resets at midnight in the event’s configured time zone. That keeps the occasion’s calendar days consistent when participants are in different places.
Does the timeline measure alcohol strength or intoxication?
No. It plots alcoholic drink entries. The app does not measure serving size, alcohol strength or impairment, and mood check-ins are chosen by participants.
